How can I contact Divinax?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we proudly ship to customers all around the world.


Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes are not guaranteed. However, once the item is received, you can still return it for a full refund if needed.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Shopify Pay, and Apple Pay). 


When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once processed, orders are shipped the next business day.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.


What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven't received your order within 30 days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Our prices are displayed tax-free in USD. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by you. For details, please contact your local customs office.


How do I return an item?
To start a return, please email us at info@divinax.store with your order number and reason for return.


What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us immediately at info@divinax.store with your order number, photos of the item(s), and a description of the issue. We will resolve your case as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If paid by card, refunds are typically processed by your bank within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item or approve your cancellation. Please contact your bank or card provider if you haven’t seen the refund posted after that time.
